If you have a car and are in Fribourg during April and May you will not be wasting your time if you take a little trip to Morges, just under an hour away. The annual tulip festival is held here and is a real treat. There are 300 different types here planted around the castle. It makes for great photograph opportunities so make sure to bring your camera!
