Konan Fiori Fiorista

Konan City is in the Aichi Prefecture. The flowers that grow here are Wisterias, Satsuki azaleas, hydrangeas, and cosmoses.
The city is known for holding the Konan Wisteria Festival. These vine-like flowers are hanging over particular places at the Mandara Temple Park. These flowers are at their most beautiful during spring and summer time when hummingbirds and beers will be heading straight to these flowers because it has a scent similar to grapes. They are, however taking many years to flower. Azaleas grew up to 8.2 ft and known as the royalty of the garden that flourishes from fall to spring. They belong to the family of Rhododendrons. There are 70 species of hydrangeas, and these bushes can grow up to 10 ft. They are favorite ornamental plants, but some species are toxic and could deliver sicknesses to human. Some are suitable for making tea. Cosmos flowers are cousins with the daisies, asters, and sunflowers. Aside from the fact that they are so pretty to look at either at a field or the garden floor, there’s a species called the Cosmos atrosanguinea or chocolate cosmos because it gives off a chocolate-like scent.
Flower Park Konan is another site in Konan where one can enjoy nature as you walk by because of the seasonal flowers that grow around the pond.
