Sakata Fiori Fiorista

Sakata is a city within Yamagata Prefecture. In this city is the Hachimori Nature Park where flowers of the four seasons are thriving. The following flowers are cherry blossoms, hydrangeas, sunflowers, spider lilies, cosmoses, sasanqua, daffodils, and field mustard flowers.
Every hanami or cherry blossom viewing, people still go out for late night picnics called “yozakura” under the cherry trees. Lighted lanterns illuminate the trees that give them a romantic ambience. Surroundings can truly affect flowers like hydrangeas because the color they take depends on the soil’s alkalinity and acidity. These flowers also age, and they change color when they do. Sunflowers have been around since 3000 BCE and have a wide array of uses. Beautiful spider lilies, just like hydrangeas, have colors affected by their environment. Spider lilies grown in the northern regions are pink, and the ones in the south grow in different hues. Cosmoses can grow very tall up to 6 ft. Their names in Greek also means “balanced universe.” Sasanqua is a type of camellia. Camellia flowers also drink in the form of tea.
Sacramento in California also took Camellia City as an alias. Daffodils are also known as Lent lilies in England and fall under the Narcissus family. American states Oregon and California are the homes of the yellow field mustard flowers.
