The pleasant city Sherbrooke lies at the meeting point of two rivers and offers plenty to do for those visiting and living in the area. Boasting a whopping ten greenhouses and conservatories, the gardens are a wonderful place to explore. There are over 20,000 different species of plants here, Chinese and Japanese Gardens, and a splendid Rose Garden. To purchase some locally grown flowers, head to Marche Atwater, and for a stroll in a more informal garden head to Parc Maisonneuve.
