Chikushino-shi is in the Fukuoka Prefecture in Japan. Temples in this city have been harbouring beautiful wisterias for years such as the Buzo-Ji Temple and the Musashi Temple. The oldest known wisteria vines have been in existence since 1894. Camellias are also abundant in Chikushino. They are said to be the most common ingredient in black, green, and oolong teas. They come in white, purple and yellow among others. Salvia splendens or tropical sage are small red flowers. These dwarf flowers were named in 1822.
