Elsewhere if you make a trip to Meguo you can explore the enchanting Meguro Sky Garden which is full of plants and flowers that will appeal to all visitors. Shinagawa is also not far and is a great place to stop and have a picnic under the falling cherry blossom flowers whilst enjoying the atmosphere. And there is of course also Sakura - which gives its name to the cherry blossoms. The Hachiōji area is within well located to the Tokyo metropolis’ best flower related things to see, including Mitaka-shi which is the site of a yearly cherry blossom festival that will knock your socks off at Nougyou Kouen Flower Park.
