Bensonville is a city located in northwestern Liberia, and it is also the capital of Liberia’s Montserrado County. Bensonville and the county in which it is located are both known for being extremely rich in agriculture and landscape features. Bensonville/the Montserrado County, economically, are known for the general lack of salaried employees: most people are self-employed, and many through agricultural means. The climate of the area is, for the most part, dry, and some of the plants that can be found in the area are mangrove woods, palm trees, grasslands, and tropical forests, as well as rice, cassava, and black pepper.
