If you want to get out of town on a day trip, the Rhine Waterfall is a nice place to visit and makes for excellent photo opportunities. If you want to see flowers and green spaces when in Schaffhausen then check out the fabulous rose garden in Munot. This rose garden is small but affords beautiful views over the town. There are almost two hundred different species of rose plants here, as well as well-tended shrubs, trees and hedges. This is a fragrant place in which to spend an hour relaxing.
