Naberezhnyye Chelny is a city which is located in Tatarstan and has a population of over half a million people who come from a wide variety of ethnicities. There are a number of industrial factories located within the city - such as car manufacturing - which employ a large number of the city population. With a great atmosphere created by colorfully dressed locals, the vibe in the city is really special, with a carnival taking place and lots of little flower themed stalls dotted around the area.
