Chiryu is found in central Aichi Prefecture and is a small city, one that is home to many shrines and temples. Chiryu has charm. It’s small, with a population at the last census of around 70 thousand. People travel to Chiryu for family visits, business trips, and religious reasons. Do your planning in advance, book your hotel and get to know the locals. They’re wonderful and will help you with any aspect of your trip. You might find it easier to get around Chiryu if you have your own vehicle although there is a public transport system. If you live here, celebrate with a real zest for life and enjoy every single minute.
