Nishi-Tokyo-shi Livrare Flori Florarie

Situated just out of the city center, Nishi-Tokyo-shi may not be on the normal tourist routes, but the area is a great base for exploring Tokyo, especially the western side of the city. For those who love to see flowers and plant, and who like to escape the hustle and bustle, Nishi-Tokyo-shi and the surrounding area has plenty of parks and gardens to explore. The city of Chofu is under a thirty minute drive from Nishi-Tokyo-Shi, and is home to the fantastic Jindai Botanic Gardens! Spread over one hundred acres and with an enormous rose garden, the park is the place to be to see some beautiful cherry blossoms in the spring months. The park also features a lovely tulip garden, as well as some stunning displays of azaleas. The Japanese Apricot Garden is also pretty in the spring, and the gardens are also home to the Centre for Plant Diversity for those who want to know more about local species of plants and flowers. Meguro is also within easy reach. The Meguro River during the cherry blossom festival is the place to head for a picturesque walk through the falling blossoms – a favorite pastime of locals and visitors alike. The Meguro Sky Garden is also a wonderful place to explore, admire the architecture and welcome some green space and tranquility when in the area.
