Naberezhnyye Chelny is a city which is located in Tatarstan and has a population of over half a million people who come from a wide variety of ethnicities. Known as the Watercolor flower festival the annual celebration features fantastic sculptures made of all different types of flowers arranged in front of the government offices every summer. With a great atmosphere created by colorfully dressed locals, the vibe in the city is really special, with a carnival taking place and lots of little flower themed stalls dotted around the area.
