The cultural hub and seaside resort of Yonago is a bustling place with plenty of attractions for locals and tourists to enjoy. With a wide selection of flowers and beautifully manicured gardens, the park is especially appealing in the summer months when the flowerbeds are lit up for visitors. The Museum of Art for example boasts a stunning set of manicured gardens – this well tended to mini park receives annual awards for its’ collections of flowers and plants. Elsewhere, those on the lookout for peonies will be delighted with the fabulous Yushien Gardens. With lovely ponds and fabulous water features, this park is an oasis within a city, and the peony collection is simply fabulous. The garden provides workshops for those interested in cultivating peonies, and in the winter months the staff light the park up with fairy lights for a truly magical experience. Yonago is indeed a great place to head if you are a flower lover!
