If however you wish to check out wildflowers growing in their native habitat then Ontario has a long list of native species. These include alfalfa, bee balm and blazing star. These, amongst others such as the bloodroot and bur marigolds, can be seen all along the walking trails in the spring months and make for excellent photo opportunities.
