The local and well known Old Botanical Garden opened in the 1800s and has a hot palm house with a number of tropical species, as well as local plants and flowers. The walkways in the Old Botanical Garden are also known for their selection of splendid trees that give the place a wonderful refreshing vibe as well as some cooling shade in the warmer weather.
