The city of Lipetsk is less than five hundred kilometers from Moscow - which is a short distance in Russian terms! A population of half a million people lives here and as a result the city is a hub of significant commercial and cultural importance in the region. Here, professionals raise a number of native plants and flowers and run education courses on the types of flowers and shrubs that grow in the area.
