Nerima is close to Meguro. Here you absolutely must spend some time at the banks of the river and take in the lovely flowers falling from the cherry blossom trees. Now, make that trip to the surrounding area and see what different flowers are in bloom during your visit - even if you cannot make it to Nerima during cherry blossom season you will still be blessed with stunning floral sights throughout the year.
